Windows 10: "winload.efi missing" Along With "NTFS File System Stope Code"

I was having problems with my PC last month and took it in to best-buy where they reinstalled Windows.

It's been working fine since but, yesterday, it tried to automatically update the new October "Feature Update 20H2" and it failed multiple times. The first few times, it would boot up normally. After awhile, it wouldn't boot anymore and instead, I keep getting the "winload.efi" is missing error AND the "NTFS File System Stop Code Error".

I can't access safe mode, system recovery, or the command line.

I've tried to boot from both a USB and CD but neither are working (this happened the first time too--which is why I brought it into Bestbuy. I've already spent >$100, so please save me another trip). When I select to boot from either of them, the windows icon either launches and disappears after a few seconds or the screen gets stuck on that page. Eventually, the PC restarts itself and I get the same two errors.



Here's what I've already tried:

when I could still login normally, I ran sfc /scannow and windows update troubleshooter (Both showed no signs of corruption or issues). I also cleared SystemDistribution and catroot2

In Bios, I've changed the boot order so USB is first and disabled secure boot

I've also run system diagnostics and all the hardrive components passed the test

Windows boot winload efi error 0000e9

hi my acer swift ryzen laptop completly crashed the weekend with the winload efi error .

ive gone into bios and disabled secure boot in uefi but no result . Ive managed to download windows 10 on usb drive and set it up in bios to boot from that drive however i still get the same blue window as before even tho the usb is top of the boot list.
I want to go into advanced options but it doesnt appear on the blue screen and now mot sure what to do . Any help would be great , i dont want to wipe the machine if possible
