Windows 10: Winload.efi missing in a new SSD

So, i just bought a SSD Adata XPG Gammix S11 Pro, 256GB, M.2 NVMe and when I finished the windows setup it gives me the Winload.efi error, i saw that many people get this problem after cloning disks, but i did not clone, its a new SSD and i was starting windows fresh, i have already tried, many thing but nothing worked, could someone help me?

Windows boot winload efi error 0000e9

hi my acer swift ryzen laptop completly crashed the weekend with the winload efi error .

ive gone into bios and disabled secure boot in uefi but no result . Ive managed to download windows 10 on usb drive and set it up in bios to boot from that drive however i still get the same blue window as before even tho the usb is top of the boot list.
I want to go into advanced options but it doesnt appear on the blue screen and now mot sure what to do . Any help would be great , i dont want to wipe the machine if possible

EFI partition missing

I bought a new SSD and did a clean installation of Windows 10 on the new drive, but i'm still keeping my old HDD into my laptop as a secondary drive.

After the installation worked (the laptop was working correctly) I decided to format my old HDD. After a reboot i got this message "default boot device missing, select a new boot device" but in the list there isn't any any element to choose. I booted from
USB and checked with DISKPART from Prompt and there isn't any EFI partition in the SSD. I even tried with bootrec but it says "access denied" and the boot recovery tool isn't working either. My laptop can't boot and I can only use prompt. Can anybody help
me?
