    I have noticed some users on this site have been downloading Winmx from the wrong websites and as a consequence its not working. Please allow me to explain why?In September 2005 the WinMX development was abandoned due to a court case. The peer caches that allowed the WinMX users to connect to the network shut down and the official website was removed.The WinMX users said NO!! We won't allow this to happen and didn't. Lots of WinMX users come together and created a patch to that would once again allow WinMX users to connect to the network.Today there are 2 dedicated teams keeping WinMX online

    yes i am running win10 64bit and winmx 6.4.0.0 downloaded this version but will not open or run

    2. What is exact issue that you are using?

    I suggest you to check the program is compatible with Windows 10 or not.
