Windows 10: Winodws 11 not responding

when I open my user, the pc works for a second and then stops responding. the screen also shows some wrong pixels on the top half of the screen.it only happens to my user and when I use another user it works completely fine.I recently overclocked my GPU, but I don't think that's the problem because the other user works fine.

EFI partition keeps saying hidden, cant boot winodws

trying to finalize my windows install but it wont boot to the final step...asked other forums but we cant get passed the "hidden info"

this is a brand new ssd disk with a new windows install, used rufus with windows iso.
