    Windows 10 "Service host: Delivery optimization" Eating up bandwith.

    Hi Steven

    You can turn off delivery optimization in Windows 10 following this:

    Then restart your PC a few times and check if it helps.

    Windows 10 - Delivery Optimization hogging bandwidth

    Two things:

    Those App updates can be important.

    That doesn't stop Windows Update from using the same Delivery Optimization service to download it's updates.

    I don't yet know if this works right, but I have found in the 1709 edition that there are now controls for limiting Delivery Optimization's speed.

    Go to Settings -> Update & Security -> Advanced options -> Delivery Optimization -> Advanced options.

    Unfortunately they are off by default and I was never told of their existence. I had to stumble upon them.
