Windows 10: winows 11 24H2 resize partitions with external tools cause lost permission files

Hi,I recently reinstalled Windows 11 and after a format, I took the opportunity to install the latest 24H2, all good.I have a 4TB SSD 990PRO and when installing from USB I deleted all partitions, except the UEFI and a primary partition as the last part of the disk, which I use as a "D" drive primary type.After reinstalling all the necessary software, and using everything for weeks without problems, I decide to shrink the "C" partition. I decide to use "Disk Tools" with the Shrink command.All ok.Between the "C" and "D" partition there is the "recovery" partition and I didn't find any way to
