Windows 10: Winows 11 Upgrade

Even though my processor meets the Windows 11 minimum requirements "1 gigahertz GHz or faster with 2 or more cores on a compatible 64-bit processor or System on a Chip SoC." It fails the Windows 11 PC Health Check. My PC rocessor AMD Ryzen 3 2200G with Radeon Vega Graphics 3.75 GHz Installed RAM 8.00 GB 5.95 GB usable System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor Pen and touch No pen or touch input is available for this display

Adobe Flash message in IE 11

Hi Sandra,

To help you out with your concern, we suggest that you disable the add-ons in Internet Explorer 11. For step by step instructions, go to this

link, then look for the title Turning off and removing add-ons.

We also suggest that you reset Internet Explorer 11 through these steps:

• Go to Internet Explorer then click the Gear icon.
• Choose Internet options > Advanced.
• Click Reset.

(Note: If you have added Favorites, back up them first before resetting the browser. )

winows 10 upgrade

I hawe aborted winows 10 upgrade on a old pc and bought a new pc. how do i get Windows 10 on the New pc. i hawe the app but cant see the icon to enter e mail

Windows 10 has a built-in troubleshooter to check and fix issues with Internet Explorer. I would suggest you to run this troubleshooter to check if the issue is with your Explorer.

Refer these steps:

• Press Windows key +X, select Control panel

• Change the view by option on the top right to Large icons
• Click on troubleshooting and click on the view all option on the left panel
• Run the Internet Explorer performance troubleshooter
