Windows 10: Winows and printers

[COLOR=rgba29, 34, 40, 1]Two days ago my Epson XP-760 printer started printing photos with about 20% top and bottom[/COLOR]
[COLOR=rgba29, 34, 40, 1]and nothing in the middle 60%.[/COLOR]
[COLOR=rgba29, 34, 40, 1]I can print OK when using Photoshop, paint etc, but not from any files in Pictures on my computer.[/COLOR]
[COLOR=rgba29, 34, 40, 1]USB flash drives and CD's also will not print photos properly.[/COLOR]
[COLOR=rgba29, 34, 40, 1]I have also connected my Epson XP-8600, and this is exactly the same result as the XP760.[/COLOR]
[COLOR=rgba29, 34, 40, 1]An SD card from my camera works fine when inserted into the 760 and the 8600, photos are perfect.[/COLOR]
[COLOR=rgba29, 34, 40, 1]I have also re setting up both printers, but no difference.[/COLOR]
[COLOR=rgba29, 34, 40, 1]I have made no changes to my computer except for an update to Microsoft Edge.[/COLOR]
[COLOR=rgba29, 34, 40, 1]Can anyone please help.[/COLOR]

I am sorry to know that you are having issues with Printer.

What and all steps have you tried so far?

Restart the computer and check.

Also, check for Windows updates.

I suggest you to run the Printer Troubleshooter and check if it helps.

  In Search window type Troubleshooting and click on it to open it.
  
• 
  Click on Hardware and Sound.
  
• 
  Then click on Printer to run the troubleshooter. Follow onscreen steps.

• Press Windows/Start key.
• Type Devices and Printers and then tap or click Devices and Printers.
• Press and hold or right-click the printer you want to use, and then tap or click
  Set as default printer.
