Windows 10: Winows10 Pin Loop

My father ran a chkdsk on his computer two days ago and now it is stuck in a pin loop. As soon as he inputs his pin, the screen immediately locks and prompts him to input his pin again. The longest period he's been able to work on the computer before being prompted for a pin is approximately 2 mins. I've had him do a restore to an earlier time and reset the PC but neither has worked. Has anyone else experienced this issue? My next course of action is a fresh Win10 install. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Clear "Pin suggested" list in People Bar

Does anybody know how to clear the "Pin suggested" list on the "People bar"?

Contacts are added to the "Pin suggested" list once you've pinned and unpinned them. But there seems to be no obvious way to remove them from that list.

After playing around with this feature and pinning and unpinning many dummy contacts, it's rather annoying to see them in the "Pin suggested" list when you click on the "My People" icon in the taskbar.

I suggest you to follow the below steps how to Change PIN password:

• In the search box, type settings.
• Then Click on accounts.
• Then on the left hand side click on sign in options.
• Then you can Select Change PIN password and remove the pin.

Windows Hello - PIN Loop

Thank you for the information you have provided. Since you have created a PIN before, we are going to reset your Windows 10 PIN. Kindly follow the steps below:

• Open Settings > Accounts > Sign-in options
• Click on I forgot my PIN.
• You'll get a warning that you'll need to log in from scratch to access games, social networking, and more. Click on
  Continue.
• Enter your Microsoft account password and then set up the new PIN.
