Windows 10: Winre screen sign in doesn't work. What should I do?

Greetings!I was working in Microsoft Word. Then, I left my laptop for a while and it went to sleep mode. When I woke it up, it requested me to sign in. I pressed sign in, and it showed the "Search for app in the Store?". I clicked both yes/no and nothings happened. Then I went to reboot screen, I tried everything from advanced options there, but it wants me to sign in for every single one. When I put my password, it says that it's the wrong one. How I can resolve this?ps. my account works perfectly fine on another PC, which means it wasn't hacked or smth. Also there was an update for win10 we

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

my sign in options doesn"t open in settings.

Hii, my sign in options doesn"t open in settings. everything else works fine in settings. i just want to change sign in from password to passcode . It was working very good before. After new update in last month, it stopped working and after update it
asked me to relogin but did not gave me the option to set 4 digit passcode .

 

Double Tap doesn`t work on Lumia 620

Double Tap to wake doesn`t work at my Lumia 620. I have all on in settings but still doesn`t work. I`m pretty sure that in update AMBER or BLACK this function works properly. But after DENIM update doesn`t. Maybe you are planning some update for this future
?
