Windows 10: WinRM log forwarding in Windows 2012 R2 Server

I have various server in Active Directory with different Roles like SCCM server, Database Server, MS Lync, MS Exchange 2013 and MS Share Point Server.For their Security logs auditing, we have RSA Netwitness Platform.In of them some of services configured via WinRM method for taking logs from event viewer like Application, Security, System.But still we are not able to monitoring different Roles which is described in above me by WinRMwevtutil sl Application /ca:existing-SDDL-stringA;;0x1;;;S-1-5-20wevtutil sl Security /ca:existing-SDDL-stringA;;0x1;;;S-1-5-20wevtutil sl System /ca:existing-S

Convert Windows Server 2012 R2 Evaluation to Windows Server 2012 R2

I have purchased the product key of Windows Server 2012 R2. Now the server is on Windows Server 2012 R2 Evaluation. I found a few links there they explained on how to convert from Windows Server 2012 R2 Evaluation to Windows Server 2012 R2 with valid product

Is this a correct way to do? If I follow this step, will my data be erased?

I want to avoid formatting/fresh Windows install because there are some software in the server that we do not know how to backup. We just want to get it activated now, backup will be sorted out later.

Windows Server 2008 R2 upgrade to Windows Server 2012 R2

I have server with Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard, license type OEM. I made upgrade from Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard to Windows Server 2012 R2 Standard. I tried to activate it with my Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard product key, but it didn´t work. How I activate my Windows Server 2012 R2 Standard?
