Windows 10: Winsxs temp files

Hi so i saw winsxs tep files take 700mb i went in inflight folder and there was temp files name for example 79djsjej3fjdjdj and more i delte them i restared pc i did update to and checked everything and did nt discover any probelm so is it safe to so thag again when it will be full?

Windows Temporary files are created by the operating system during the normal course of its running when there may not be enough memory allocated for the task.

I suggest you to follow the steps below to delete temporary files nad check if it helps:

Step 1

• Press Windows key + R
• Type temp and click OK
• Press Ctrl + A and click Delete

Step 2

• Press Windows key + R
• Type %temp% and click OK
• Press Ctrl + A and click Delete

Step 3

• Press Windows key + R
• Type prefetch and click OK
• Press Ctrl + A and click Delete

These temp files will not delete

I suggest you to follow these methods below and check, if it works:

Method 1:

• Press Windows key + R key together, to open RUN command Window.
• Type "temp" in the RUN Command Window, to open temp folder and then delete the files and folders inside the temp folder.

If the issue persists, follow method 2.

Method 2:

• Press Windows key + R key together, to open RUN command Window.
• Type "%temp%" in the RUN Command Window, to open temp folder and then delete the files and folders inside the temp folder.
  

If the issue persists, follow method 3.

Method 3:

I suggest you to boot the computer to Safe Mode, then perform disk cleanup on Windows 10 and check, if it works.

Cannot run sfc /scannow to completion despite being in safe mode and the PendingDeletes and PendingRenames folders exist under %WinDir%\WinSxS\Temp

Following this guide https://support.microsoft.com/en-us...er-tool-to-repair-missing-or-corrupted-system I start Command Prompt as administrator.





I run this successfully

However on running

It fails at 68% complaining about

The original guide suggests trying in safe mode, which I have to no avail. 
I note that the PendingDeletes and PendingRenames folders exist
under %WinDir%\WinSxS\Temp do exist as the guide further suggests. 
The folders have many files in them.

I am on Windows 10.

I have also tried the steps in: https://www.infopackets.com/news/96...the_CBS.log_File_if_System_File_Checker_Fails my sfcdetails.txt file does not have any errors in it and after doing most of the steps I am have been recommended to try using a windows repair dvd, getting the files from a known good source or running a repair install (if I manage to try this and it also doesn't work I'll update this post)
