Windows 10: Wintab driver for apps that use pen pressure keep damaging Windows 10 boot

I got a new Surface Book 3 and mainly need it to use Photoshop CS6. The problem is, whether I configured my surface pen or not, it doesn't apply pen pressure in Photoshop despite me fiddling with all related Photoshop settings.

I was told installing a driver called Wintab from the Microsoft driver website would fix it and I recall getting that driver before when I had a SB 2, (for 32 bit or 64 bit, I only installed Photoshop 64 bit so I only installed Wintab 64 bit).

However, after installing the driver and restarting, the computer goes into auto repair loop forcing me to reset my PC. I even installed the driver a second time just to make sure it was the cause, I did not install any other drivers in the process as Wintab was all I needed.

I cannot use Photoshop without pen pressure, and I cannot install this driver without this problem, why might that be and what can I do?

Surface Pro 3, Pen Pressure WINTAB

Hello.

I have downloaded and upgraded to Windows 10 on my Surface Pro 3. In which , I downloaded the N-Trig Wintab driver from Microsoft, Revision 18. But when using Paint Tool SAI, there is no Pen Pressure at all, as well as checking it, I looked to see if the Pen
Pressure was working in OneNote, Manga Studio 5, Clip Studio Paint, Photoshop, Sketch Book Pro and it was working perfectly in these.

But with SAI, it wasnt working at all. I went into the Misc.ini settings for SAI and changed it to read from the Wintab Driver, but this didnt work. I followed other steps noted by other Artists on Deviant Art, and had no prevail.

I had pen pressure in SAI on Windows 8.1, which was working a treat. I changed the battery to my Surface 3 Pen,Refreshed, then I tried to reset the Surface Pro 3 using Windows Troubleshoot.

It seems to only be an issue with Windows 10, as it works perfectly on Windows 8.1, and I feel like Windows 10 just doesnt know how to run Wintab. I even tried adding "Wintab32.dll" to the regsvr32 list, and it came up saying there was a Binary Error with
the DLL. Which was downloaded from Microsoft's website about 20 different times.

Please help, I want to stay with Windows 10 (Was part of the Insider Program), and I know it worked perfectly during the Tech Preview. But I need to be able to use my Pen Pressure.

During the time before I asked the question. I had reinstalled SAI several times. In which I have again and again. And still, the pen pressure fails to work with it. I suspect that its due to the wintab driver, Which IS the LATEST version. Im at a loss because
it works fine on Windows 8.1 but not with Windows 10.

Yet as I said before, It worked fine with the installer preview.

You don't need Wintab drivers for the Adobe Apps as there is native support for
these two programs. Gimp and SAI need wintab.

I'd revert the DPI to normal and use this for each app where the menus and icons
are too small..
