Windows 10: Wiped Files Trying to Reinstall Windows. Can't activate Windows at all and probably lost...

When i built my PC, I used the microsoft account through my school email to set up the PC. Recently, the school shut down the email address and I was not able to sign into my PC. Today I tried to reload Windows 10 onto my PC but I accidentally deleted all the partitions on my SSD.I still was able to start the set up of windows, but once it restarted after installing, the PC does not start windows at all. It just comes up with a screen that says,"RecoveryYour PC/Device needs to be repairedA required device isn't connected or can't be accessed.Error code: 0xc000000eYou'll need to use recovery to

Upgrading cpu and mother without reinstalling windows 10

did it with a b250 motherboard upgrading to z270, did not need to reinstall anything, windows was still activated
did it with the z270 into z370 and lost windows activation, however did not have to reinstall any drivers, windows handled everything

i don't recommend doing it by going from amd > intel

Windows 7 not genuine problem

It seems like that's an OEM windows copy, it will do that the every time you reinstall the OS. If you have the key, next time you see the "not genuine windows copy" click it and choose to activate by phone, everything else is pretty straight forward as it explains step-by-step. If it doesn't work, then its highly likely that you got a Pirate copy.
