Windows 10: Wiping Old School Computer

So i tried to factory reset my old school computer to wipe it fresh. But when it restarted it was still forcing me to sign in with my school account. How to I fix this so I can make it like a brand new computer with no school settings.

School Locked Computer

Hi! about 1 month ago I left my school and I have an old laptop I used at the school that they provided me. They said I can keep it but all the restrictions and logins are on there. I can log into the computer but can't access any settings or admin programs. I tried to do a clean wipe with Win 10 on a USB but when I go into boot options the USB does not show up. I also tried to do a Factory shift restart wipe but I don't have the restore key to reset the school drive. Is there any other way to reset it?

I accidentally disabled my school account on my new computer

Hello,

While I was trying to disconnect my school account from my old computer, I accidentally disconnected it from the new one. I did this via My Account. Now I can't access my school emails and Office apps on my computer. I can't reactivate from the same link. It says I need to contact my device manager. Can you tell me the steps I need to do?

I am Dave, I will help you with this.

Open the Settings App.

Go to Accounts.

Select Emails and Accounts, is school Email listed there, if it is, is there an option to disconnect (not remove) from that account?

Select Access Work or School, is school Email listed there, if it is, is there an option to disconnect (not remove) from that account?

On the left, click 'Your Info' is that school account listed on that page?
