Windows 10: Wired Beats headphones not recognized by Windows 10

Hi, I've been trying to connect a wired headset for recording and listening to my laptop that runs the latest version of Windows 10. When I tried to connect with Bose wired headphones, they were not recognized, and neither were my Beats wired headphones. I've already uninstalled my audio driver and reinstalled it Realtek High Definition Audio driver. This got the Bose headphones recognized as output and input, but my Beats are still not being recognized. I just want to be able to use the mic I have with my beats because the Bluetooth mic is really bad. When I go to Device Manager and loo

How to use Beats Studio 3 headphones with Windows 10

Can anyone help me connect my Beats Studio 3 wireless headphones to my Windows 10 laptop please?

• Windows is paired with and connected to my headphones if I try with Bluetooth
• I cannot both hear and be heard, sometimes neither, on skype calls an WebEx meetings
• Even when I use my headphones wired my voice is being picked up from my laptop instead of my headphones

I can use the headphones for calls wirelessly with both my iPhone and MacBook.

connecting beats solo 3 headphones to windows 10

Thanks so much but it still did not help! My headphones are not showing up in the Bluetooth tab- they are not an option to connect them to this device. I need to know step by step how to connect my beats solo 3 headphones please.
