Windows 10: Wired devices keep disconnecting

So I'm on a laptop, and this problem has happened a lot. I got a new laptop around a year and few months ago, everything was fine until around the spring of this year, when my wired mouse and keyboard kept disconnecting out of nowhere. I was told to update the BIOS, and I did. It solved the problem for a few weeks but it started occuring again. Sometimes it would happen often to the point where reconnecting the devices wouldn't fix it, sometimes it wouldn't happen. I updated the bios in summer again to solve this issue, and everything was working fine until recently they started disconnecting
