    Wireless Adapter and Bluetooth are disappeared after update with KB4534132 2nd request


    On 31JAN2020, I have downloaded Windows 10 update KB4534132 to my Fujitsu laptop. After installation, both wireless adapter and bluetooth are disappeared. I cannot find them from Device Manager. My laptop cannot connect to any wifi network and any bluetooth device now. Many advise me to install the drivers from manufacturer. However, I have already done that many times and both adapters are still disappeared.


    My laptop is Fujitsu LH532 with Ralink RT3290LE 802.11b/g/n Wireless LAN Adapter and Mediatek Bluetooth 4.0 Adapter.


    Appreciate if I can have a real solution from any technical master.

    I browsed Fujitsu website for those drivers. However, it says Available via Windows Updates. Please advise.

    My laptop is Fujitsu LH532 with Ralink RT3290LE Wireless LAN adapter and Bluetooth adapter.

    Method 1:

    Run the hardware troubleshooter and check the issue status.

    Follow the steps:

    1. Type “Troubleshooter” in the Search box and hit enter.

    2. Select “Hardware and Sound” from the Troubleshooter Window.

    3. Select “Hardware and Devices” under Devices option.

    4. Follow the On Screen instructions.

    Method 2:

    Update the Wireless Adapter drivers.

    Type “Windows Update” in Search box and select “Check for Updates” to receive a fresh list of updates.

    Try downloading and install the latest drivers for your Wireless Adapter from Windows
