  1. Wireless adapter boot looping

we have a Microsoft surface wireless adapter v2 that when plugged in goes to the Microsoft logo then restarts its self. gets to the same page and restarts again.

we have tried several different displays. I have also looked in your trouble shooting page for the adapter. the 10 second reset doesn't work. we cant connect our surfaces to do any upgrades etc as it doesn't get that far when turning on.

    :)

    • Right-click the Wireless-AC Network Controller, then click Properties.
    • Click Band in Advanced. Then set it to Auto
