On Sept 29, Oct 7, Oct 17, Oct 23, Nov 8, Nov 10, and Nov 13, the internet on my Dell Inspiron 15 Model 3520 turned off. There was no option to turn it back on.I restarted my device. Every time I try to update, Windows states that the latest driver is already installed; I've gon

    Dear All,

Initially I felt very relieved that there is a quick solution to this problem. I have done all step by step according to your suggestion to switch the graphic processor. Nevertheless the BSOD continues to appear when I try to run Photoshop CC2015. *cry*cry*cry

I have extracted the required information from my system in the attached file. I would be very glad if somebody can assist with this. Thanks in advance Wireless card failure triggers BSOD. I've been asking about this for weeks; can somebody... :)

    0x0000003b BSOD - Wireless Driver

    Hello-

I have been getting this 0x0000003b BSOD whenever I am installing files from the Steam game client. This is not a Steam client issue, however, merely the BSOD trigger. When I download files from any browser (it does not matter which browser), sometimes they
fail due to a network error. I can confirm that issue is isolated to my current machine- an Asus GL503VS laptop. This can happen sporadically and can fix the downloads from browsers with a system restart and a few minutes to let it sit. Please note that the
browser download issue does not cause the BSOD, only Steam causes that. The Steam issue is persistent and it never fails to BSOD no matter what.

Here is the link to a zipped file of 5 of my minidumps:

    https://drive.google.com/open?id=1MURFehozgy0jxE3AbakyiTA6vUKpjqbz

Here are the steps I have taken to troubleshoot on my own:

-Ran memory/drive integrity tests (I am running on 2 SSD's, no HDD)

-Disabled antivirus and attempted to install.

-Updated BIOS, graphics drivers, Wifi drivers, and re-seating the Wireless card on the motherboard.

-Complete clean reinstall of Windows 10. There were no other programs on this system and fresh updated drivers when I attempted to reinstall from Steam. Same crash still occurred.

At this point I am trying to determine whether the failure could be linked to the wireless card failing. I check the device manager and it says it is running normally, however I wonder if the card is failing at that single moment when it is under stress.
I want to be sure that there isnt any software/driver issue that is causing the laptop to BSOD/fail downloads. The network card is an "intel dual band wireless-ac 8265".

I would deeply appreciate any other insight you may have on this issue for further steps I can take to try and troubleshoot. Worse case scenario, I spend $20 on a new network card to test if it was hardware related or not. Thank you!

    Devin
