Windows 10: Wireless Confort Keyboard 5050 and Microsoft Wireless Mouse 5000 - how to reinstall them in...

Hello communityI am not able to reinstall both devices in my new laptop anymore. As I have been useing them in my previous laptop for a long time, I don't recall if there was USB hub that was needed to be able to pair/connect the devices. And I am not finding the manual or clear instructions on how to do it. My mouse only gets the 'green' color and I have installed the "Mouse Keyboard Center 64_bitPTB_14.41.exe", but the issue is that I cannot add the bluetootd devices. Can you guide me, or let me know if I should buy a USB hub unyfier in order to be able to do it? Or perhaps there is a reset

Microsoft 5050 Wireless Keyboard & Mouse Not Detected

Hi,
Wireless Mouse and Keyboard 5050 not being detected. Can't re-install drivers as it says they are already on the system, but can't uninstall them either as they are not in my list of programs.
They are working...but I would like to be able to access the Mouse and Keyboard Centre program.
Also get an error saying it can't find MKCHelper.exe.
Anyone have any ideas, please?

My second purchase, originally used series 5000 now 5050. In both case the wireless mouse acts erratic. Jerky movements and little micro control. The keyboard is less problematic but at times it will delay and/or miss letters. My most recent purchase
was this week and the mouse is no better. Have downloaded the most recent software.

My solution is a wired mouse, which works fine, but defeats the purpose of wireless device. Any suggestions?
