Windows 10: Wireless disabled on remote Azure AD laptop -how to get it working - no wireless on login...

Hello,I had an issue with a remote office. A Windows 11 2022 year Dell 5520 Latitude computer not enrolled in AutoPilot was stored after a user separated. As often happens, a new employee was hired on Wed evening, starting on Monday AM. We could not get the user's Azure AD account applied to the device as it appear as though the wireless card was disabled. No one in the office, including reasonably-skilled user who arrived today was able to enable wireless from login screen. If just so happens the wireless SSID changed but no networks would appear when using the wireless feature on the logon s

Bluetooth adding wireless mouse

• Followed advice from Windows chat on how to add a device to Aspire laptop (in this case a wireless mouse) through Bluetooth. When I get to screen to select a device the Logitech wireless mouse isn't on the list. Any suggestions of what to do next please?

Windows 10 Azure Ad Connect Login issue

When starting up a new laptop out of the box we are getting a grey screen when logging in..

We boot machine, add to the wireless, then login using our Azure AD account login. it goes through he process of setting up then after a bit the screen goes grey. with only mouse cursor. I can do ctrl-alt-del and logoff. I try and log back in and same thing.
