Wireless Display Adapter: Cursor and Display are Sluggish

Hi, I have two windows wireless display adapters on two identical monitors in two different places, one at home and one at the office. Both adapters are V2 and both monitors, as mentioned, are identical LG monitors. I should also mention that I am pairing them with the same laptop. However, one of them reacts differently. The screen at my office produces an annoying lag that makes it difficult to accurately use the cursor. Can anyone help me understand why this is happening or, better yet, help me fix it?Here are my Windows Specs:Edition Windows 10 ProVersion 21H1Installed on ‎10/‎3/‎2020OS bui

Windows Wireless Display Adapter-not connecting anymore

    Hello Phillip,

Did you notice any changes on your PC prior to the issue? I suggest that you follow the steps outlined in this support article:
    Troubleshooting Wireless Display Adapters.

Since updating drivers did not work, in addition, you can try to reset the Wireless Adapter.

    1. On the adapter, press and hold the reset button for 10 seconds.
    2. When the message " Ready to connect "shows, open the
      Action Center.
    3. Select Connect, and in the list of displays, select
      Microsoft
      Wireless Display Adapter.

Please respond to this thread to let me know how the issue progresses. Similarly, if you have more questions, please inform me by replying to this post.

Microsoft Wireless Display Adapter - no cursor and wireless channel issues

I recently purchased a Microsoft Wireless Display Adapter and have connected to my Samsung TV. I can connect to it fine, but I have 2 issues that might be related:

    • When I am connected to my home WiFi using the 5GHz signal, I get a brief error message that says the WiFi access point and wireless display adapter are on different channels and may not function correctly.
    • I cannot see my cursor on the wireless display.
for issue 1, I have my home router set to auto select a channel, and even forcing channels still gives the same error message. When I connect to the 2.4GHz signal (I broadcast both at the same time), the error message doesn't appear.

for issue 2, I have tried extended, duplicate and second display only, and none of them show the cursor.

I have tried reboots, factory resets, updating and downgrading drivers and nothing has solved either issue. the display adapter in on firmware 1.3.8305

I have a Samsung Tablet running Windows 10 Pro 64bit, with Intel HD4000 graphics using the latest driver from Intel. The wireless adapter is an Intel Dual band Wireless-AC 7260 with the latest driver from Intel. I have all windows updates installed
