Windows 10: Wireless Display Adapter Custom Wallpapers not working as desired

I'm refreshing this thread we already spoke about but nobody was able to find a solution.We have many adapters connected in our company meeting rooms, and we'd like to show customized wallpapers.Right now it's possible to upload just one custom image, but this image is rotating every 10 minutes along with the 3 custom ones.No way to change the default ones, or to change the timing, or to disable the rotation every 10 minutes.@Microsoft: any advise on this?Much appreciated!Kind regardsRiccardo

We have recently upgraded our Microsoft Wireless Display Adapters to the latest available firmware 2.0.8442 to take advantage of the ability to upload custom wallpapers with our company branding. They are the Version 2 adapters with the Microsoft Four
Square logo and we are using the latest available Windows 10 app version 4.227.139.0.

The process to upload the custom wallpapers/backgrounds on each adapter took a little time to succeed and worked best after performing a reset of the adapter using the client software however while the custom wallpaper is displayed when the adapter is first
powered on after a period of time (10+ minutes) it is replaced by the inbuilt landscape wallpapers.

How do we remove the inbuilt backgrounds and just display our own image or images?

Yes, and I have no idea how to get support from Microsoft for these devices. I'd be content if it just displayed the one custom wallpaper we've uploaded without rotating through the built in ones but it seems to only display our custom wallpaper at startup
and then reverts to the Microsoft ones.

I'm pretty sure this isn't by design and is a bug but there seems to be no way to report it. Here's hoping a new firmware version is issued soon with a fix.
