  1. Wireless Display Adaptor - No option to upgrade to firmware V.2.0.8442 from V.2.0.8350

I have been using two Wireless Display adapters V2 with many of my laptops for two separate displays without any issues. Current firmware for the wireless adapters are V2.0.8442. I decided to purchase a third adaptor for our new projector monitor however it only works for one of my laptops. I tried updating the firmware of the new adaptor but the wireless display adapter app say the firmware is up to date with a version V.2.0.8350. I suspect that my other laptops can't connect to the new adapter because of the firmware. How can I update the firmware to V.2.0.8442? Is there another reason

    :)

  2. Downgrade software for Microsoft Wireless Display Adapter v 2

    Hi!

Yesterday I bought Microsoft Wireless Display Adapter v 2. It installed and connected with my tablet. But after I updated software for Microsoft Wireless Display Adapter by special Microsoft program connected between tablet and adapter was broken. Then associate
two devices (tv and tablet) I couldn't because of the pairing error. How I can downgrade Microsoft Wireless Display Adapter v 2?

  3. Firmware update or hyper-v causes automatic repair loop everytime

Microsoft does not upgrade BIOS firmware you have to install the BIOS firmware from your computer manufacturer website.

Use the following steps to enable Hyper-V on Windows 10:

    • Open Control Panel.
    • Click on Programs.
    • Click on Turn Windows features on or off.
    • Check the Hyper-V option making sure: Hyper-V Management Tools and Hyper-V Platform are also selected.
    • Click OK to begin the process.

Actually some machines can receive Firmware updates through Windows Updates. As for the reboots, I would also look at Secure Boot getting fouled up and clearing that option to reset it. The Hash may not match when it reboot causing these errors.
