Windows 10: Wireless Display connecting issue

I have 3 Windows 11 pro systemsDesktop - Microsoft StudioLaptop - Microsoft Studio LaptopSurface Laptop - Microsoft Surface Pro 7Wireless display is installed on all 3 with same settings.Desktop WILL cast to Laptop and SurfaceLaptop will NOT cast to Surface or DesktopSurface will NOT cast to Laptop or DesktopThe cast window that pops DOES see the other 2 computers on each system. -when you click ex: Laptopl to Surface and you click Surface it says connecting but sits there and times out

1. What is the make and model of the computer?
   
2. What is the model of the TV?
   

This issue can occur if there is pending firmware update or the issue with the drivers. I would suggest you to follow the below steps and let us know about the results:

Method 1: Fix connections to wireless displays or docks.

Method 2: Troubleshooting Wireless Display Adapters.

If method 1 doesn’t fix the issue, I would suggest you to follow all the troubleshooting steps mentioned in the Microsoft article on

Note: The above article contains steps regarding Firmware update.
Modifying BIOS settings incorrectly can cause serious problems that may prevent your computer from booting properly. Microsoft cannot guarantee that any problems resulting from the configuring of BIOS/CMOS
settings can be solved. Modifications of the settings are at your own risk.

Windows Wireless Display Adapter-not connecting anymore

Hello Phillip,

Did you notice any changes on your PC prior to the issue? I suggest that you follow the steps outlined in this support article:
Troubleshooting Wireless Display Adapters.

Since updating drivers did not work, in addition, you can try to reset the Wireless Adapter.

1. On the adapter, press and hold the reset button for 10 seconds.
2. When the message " Ready to connect "shows, open the
   Action Center.
3. Select Connect, and in the list of displays, select
   Microsoft Wireless Display Adapter.

Can’t Connect to Wireless Display
