Windows 10: Wireless display feature is missing even after installing it

SO i wanted so cast my phone screen to my pc, i went into settings, projection settings and after that i downloaded the wireless display feature And even after installing it its still missing from all the features,in settings it still says to download it but in the history it says its downloaded

Not able to connect wireless display

• Did you update your Windows?
• Have you tried other troubleshooting steps so far?

  Look for Network adapterand click it to expand.

  Select the driver then right-click on it and select Properties.

  Under Driver tab, click the Update Driver button to update the driver.

As you are facing issues with connecting to a wireless display, do let us know the following:

• What is the make and model of your device?
• Were you able to see any error code/ error message with this issue?

As you have already tried to connect to wireless display from Windows 7 and it failed, I would like to inform that your device might not be compatible to access the feature.

I suggest you to contact the device manufacturer and check if it helps.
