Windows 10: Wireless display suggestion?

Hello. Yesterday I saw a notification on my computer Windows 11, I don't remember what it said exactly, but smth like would you like to cast your screen to other devices or let other devices to cast screen to your device and then two options. Try now and mb later. When I clicked "Try now" it showed me no available devices. But today I tried again entering windows logo+k and it's showing two smart TVs probably from neighbors. I don't understand why I would suddenly get this suggestion from Windows. Also I checked I don't have wireless display feature as added in optional features.
