Windows 10: Wireless earphones not connecting Windows 10

Hello,


So I've just bought these new wireless earphones, and they work on my phone and other computers, but not mine. I checked if I have bluetooth on this computer and it shows up in device manager. On other computers, they connect instantly, but on this computer it gets stuck on Connecting and then says We didn't get any response from the device. Try connecting again.


I have tried just about anything you can find on youtube about this problem, and I've also tried resetting my pc.

I'd like to know more about your concern. Kindly verify if this is the first time that you will connect the wireless earphone to your computer. Have you tried connecting the wireless earphones to another device? If so, are you experiencing the same issue? Which
operating system are you using?

Meanwhile, you can run the Hardware and Devices troubleshooter. Follow the steps below if you are using a Windows 10 device:

1. On the Start menu, type Troubleshoot and then hit
   Enter.
   
2. Under Find and fix other problems, click Hardware and Devices, and then select
   Run the troubleshooter.

Hello,I want to know if I can connect my wireless Bluetooth headset as well as earphone both at a time to my laptop/tablet, so two person at a time can watch movie during travelling on single laptop/Tablet.
