Windows 10: Wireless earphones stutter problem. Help?

Hi,

I got the OnePlus Bullets Wireless Z 4 days ago. Been using it since. It works great on my Android phone but when I connect it to my Windows Laptop under Stereo the sound seems to stutter every few seconds (glitches?). That is the sound just stops for a fraction of second and then it's normal again.

But works well on the Hands-free setting. But the quality is different and also my buttons don't work on that setting.

I tried disabling the Hands-free setting under device manager. The problem is still present. Any suggestions?

I think its a problem on the only window as it works well on my android phone?

Should I return it? Any suggestions guys?

I'd like to know more about your concern. Kindly verify if this is the first time that you will connect the wireless earphone to your computer. Have you tried connecting the wireless earphones to another device? If so, are you experiencing the same issue? Which
operating system are you using?

Meanwhile, you can run the Hardware and Devices troubleshooter. Follow the steps below if you are using a Windows 10 device:

1. On the Start menu, type Troubleshoot and then hit
   Enter.
   
2. Under Find and fix other problems, click Hardware and Devices, and then select
   Run the troubleshooter.

wireless earphones

I've paired my wireless earphones to my asus laptop but I can't hear anything; sound still comes from laptop only. How do I get sound onto wireless earphones?

Yeah, thats not a solution she is interested in......I've suggested that course of action. Thanks though.

Just to clarify, I feel that there MUST be a step, or series of steps to turn off JUST the wireless notification sound. Thats what Im driving @ here.
