Windows 10: Wireless Headphones Bluetooth Connection Problem

Hi. I recently installed a pair of Wireless Sony Headphones and have been trying to connect them to my Lenovo laptop which is running Windows 10. They connect just fine on my Android phone however am having trouble connecting on laptop. When I go into pairing mode, the device shows up on available devices. Then when I click on it, it says connected. However, like 7 seconds later, it disconnects. When it is not connected to my phone however, it stays connected though these headphones should allow connection to 2 devices at once. When the headphones stay connected, there is still no audio coming

• Just to verify, by saying that you can't see the option in Settings, are you saying that the device can't be recognized by your computer?
• Have you tried connecting the Bluetooth headset to a different computers?
• Have you tried connecting your computer to a different Bluetooth device?

Wireless Headphones-Bluetooth Transmitter

I have a pair of bluetooth wireless headphones paired on my pc..no problem working fine and bought a bluetooth transmitter so i can use same headphones with my cd player.The only way to use headphones with cd player is to remove wireless headphones from bluetooth settings on pc.Now, if i want to use headphones on pc again i have to add device and restart pairing again.

What i would like to know is if i buy a second pair of wireless headphones to use solely with cd player would the same bluetooth transmitter search both headphones and select the one i want or do i need to buy a separate bluetooth transmitter for cd player and leave the headphones connected and paired to pc alone?

Bluetooth headphones


I bought these headphones Amazon.com: Matone® Qy8 [New Version Qy7] V4.1 Wireless Bluetooth Headphones Best In-Ear Noise Cancelling Headphones with Microphone for Running, Sports Accessories. I connected them fine to my Iphone and Ipod but having problems with Windows I got them to pair but sound still comes through regular speakers only. In sound settings it lists the bluetooth headphones but says disconnected. I click on connect but that does nothing. Do not know what else to do
