Windows 10: Wireless headphones can't connect or appear on my windows 11 laptop

My wireless headphones aren't able to connect to my windows 11 laptop. Other devices such as my phone appear. Is there a way i can solve this?

[Resolved] Riff Wireless Headphones not connecting to Windows 11

I have a pair of Skullcandy Riff wireless headphones.

They successfully pair to my phone, tablet and old Win10 laptop, but I cannot get them to pair with my Win 11 laptop. I've tried resetting them, and I've tried updating the Bluetooth driver, but I can't get them to appear on the device list at all (I have never successfully paired them, so nothing to roll back to).

When I click on "Add Device" I see all sorts of other devices (Xboxes, phones, etc) but not the headphones.
