Windows 10: Wireless Headset connecting but driver is unavalible Windows 10

So I have been having trouble with this problem for the last 3 weeks. I have been connecting my dongle to my wireless headset the artic nova 7s wireless and they show up through other devices but it says driver unavalible. I went out to buy another headset the G435 Wireless Gaming Headseat and the problem happens with it as well. Tried many things please help.
