Windows 10: Wireless keyboard and mouse issues in dual display

Onboard display card intel 4600 has VGA and HDMI output connections.

When I plug one single monitor to one of these connections directly to VGA or via VGA-HDMI adapter, I have no problems.

When using 2 monitors, my MS wireless keyboard ramdomly but often turns vey slow I need to type very slow in order all the letters will appear and my MS wireless mouse turns very difficult to be controlled also not always, but often.

If I use non-wireless devices, I have no issues.

All drivers incliding latest bios are updated.

Help please!

Budget wireless keyboard and mouse for gaming? (INR)

hi, i searched lot, but cant find any wireless keyboard and mouse, there are so cheap things available, dont wana do mistake,
can anyone suggest me, any budget wireless gaming keyboard and mouse which available in india?

• What is the exact model number of your wireless mouse and keyboard?
  

This usually happens if there’s a signal interference. If you’re using a Wi-Fi router, you may want to move it away from the keyboard/mouse receiver to see if the issue persists.



If the issue persists, I suggest you to try the troubleshooting methods listed in the following articles and see if it works.

1. What is the make and model of the computer?
   
2. What is the model of the TV?
   

This issue can occur if there is pending firmware update or the issue with the drivers. I would suggest you to follow the below steps and let us know about the results:

Method 1: Fix connections to wireless displays or docks.
