Windows 10: Wireless keyboard pairs but won't connect

I have a wireless keyboard. Occasionally it disconnects from my laptop's Bluetooth, I think when the batteries run out. I replace the batteries but the Bluetooth signal from the keyboard only stays on for a few seconds. I try unpairing and repairing it to my laptop which seems to work fine, but it then immediatly disconnects and won't reconnect again

Unable to sync keyboard with wireless adapter on Windows 10

I changed my wireless adapter and everything else woks my keyboard won,t. It has fresh batteries and is functional but won,t sync with their adapter.Help

Wireless Mouse connects as a keyboard

Hi there.

I've tried doing all of these steps, and it still doesn't work. I can see the device in 'Connected devices' in 'Settings'. It is listed as 'Microsoft Nano Tranceiver' but has a keyboard icon next to it. the mouse is a Microsoft Mouse 1850. This also occurs
with other wireless mice I have tried, and they connect but all have the keyboard icon next to them.
