    I've been using the wireless LAN adapter from my surface 8 pro for streaming phone camera to my computer locally. After using it a few days, the wireless LAN adapter #1 was disabled. When I tried to re-enable it through command line using:netsh interface set interface ="Wireless LAN adapter Local Area Connection* 1" enableI get returned, "No more data is available."What does this mean? Is there a limit to how much data is streamed through windows local mobile hotspot? I am not connected to the internet and only using the wireless LAN to connect between my phone and computer.     Hi all

    Hoping someone can help me! My Dell laptop running Windows 10 is having issues connecting to the internet. My connection is fine as all other devices are okay. I use wifi and don't have a cable to connect with.

    I ran ipconfig/renew in CMD as recommended in another post, and got a message that:

    Wireless LAN adapter Local Area Connection* 4 media disconnected and Ethernet adapter bluetooth network connection media disconnected

    I will try and copy the message but I'm on my tablet not laptop!

    About at the limit of my technological capabilities right now!

    Anyone have any idea how to reconnect, please?

    Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community Forums.



    In that case, I would recommend you to delete the old LAN (Local Area Network) connection:

    1. Click "Start" and select "Control Panel."
    2. Click "Network and Internet." Then select "Network and Sharing Center."
    3. Then click on Network adaptors.
    4. Then right click on the LAN connection you are not using and delete it.
