Windows 10: Wireless mouse lag and keyboards repeating keystrokes.

I am using Logitech Wireless Keyboard and mouse combo. Months before I faced an issue with this, the mouse movement will be little slow kind of lagging, and when I press a letter in keyboard or combination of keys it repeats the strokes. Like if I attempt to type angular brace, for about 1 - 2 seconds the screen will look freeze and it will type 10 - 15 angular brace. Once time I tried copy pasting a file using keyboard shortcuts: I pressed Ctrl + C on a file and pressed Ctrl + V to paste the file, it pasted the file for 18 times. Wireless keyboard lagging and missing keystrokes

I have a new wireless HP 2.4 GHz keyboard and mouse, and I'm running Windows 10. Both the keyboard and mouse connect to the same USB dongle. The mouse was so jerky and uncontrollable that I ditched it and I'm using another wired mouse. The keyboard is sometimes
quite passable, but sometimes it lags quite a lot, and when it's really bad it misses keystrokes and is almost unusable. I'm a typist by profession, so this is a major problem for me.

I thought if I could get the dongle closer to the keyboard it might fix the problem, so I got a powered USB hub and have experimented putting it on either side of the keyboard, only centimetres away. It hasn't helped at all.

I'm not sure whether it's the keyboard or the computer. I have a feeling it might be something on the computer, because I have a foot pedal which I use for audio control, and in the past it's been playing up/lagging in a similar way with this computer, but
I think it was more to do with a template I was using in Word rather than a consistent fault. At the moment the keyboard is typing okay with this message, but using Word it's dodgy. So is it something to do with Microsoft Word?

Mouse lagging, keyboard repeating keys even when not typing.

I believe this started happening just after the last update.
I'll be typing and it will start to lag really bad and then the last key I actually hit will start repeating accross the screen. At this point I'm not even touching the keyboard.

I also have some add mouse lag issues. I've tried different mice (wired and wireless), different ports, but I still see this happening. The mouse will either stop for a few seconds or move very slowly and then catch up to what I'm doing.

I have thought about uninstalling the last update, but I think it would just get pushed to my laptop again (Corporate policy) I was hoping someone might have an idea of how either of these can be fixed.

I'm using the Microsoft 4000 ergonomic Keyboard and a Logitech M510 wireless mouse.

 

Terrible lag and jerk on Wireless 5000 mouse - Windows 10, Lenovo

I replace a prior MS Wireless Mouse and Keyboard yesterday with the Comfort 5050 Keyboard and Mouse set.

Keyboard works fine. The mouse has terrible lag.

I have:

• Downloaded the most current drivers.
• Changed the USB port to three different options.
• Changed batteries.
• Restarted multiple times.

My prior MS Wireless Mouse had worked fine until the rubber came off the scroll wheel. But it connected fine. However, this one does not.

Other suggestions before I return the item.
