  1. Wireless mouse mice not recognized on Windows 10

Hello,I have recently for the first time on this device tried using a wireless device of any kind. Namely, I am now trying to use a wireless mouse. The model for this one is Logitech M220. As the title says, it's just not working, and I will now list several important notes.1. Immediately before this Logitech M220 I bought and tried a Hama wireless mouse I forgot the model, but that one wasn't working on both this device and other devices. However all of the errors I got with the Hama were the same as with the Logitech.2. The Logitech mouse works perfectly well any time all the time on anoth

    :)

Wireless mouse "driver is unavailable" issues

    Hi,

The error Driver is unavailable means that there is no available driver installed for your mouse that’s why it is not working. We suggest that you check the mouse driver from the device manager. Follow the steps below:

    • Open Device Manager.
    • Look for Mice and other pointing devices and click it to expand.
    • Check if there is a driver for the wireless mouse.

If there is none, we suggest that you visit the manufacturer’s website of the mouse and download then install the latest mouse driver compatible to Windows 10.

Get back to us if you need further assistance.

Windows 10 Out stopped recognizing my wireless mouse

    Hi,

Not recognized wireless mouse could be due to:

    • Outdated Mouse driver.
    • Faulty or loose wireless mouse USB receiver.

We would like to know some information:

    • Have you tried using your wireless mouse on other computer and check if it works?
    • Have you tried using other wireless mouse?
    • Have you tried updating your mouse drivers?

In the meantime, please refer to the initila troubleshooting steps provided by Eeshwat Kumar on this

    .

    Keep us posted.

    Wireless mouse not syncing

Yes, two separate keyboards & mice at two separate locations (Microsoft, convenience). Mice stopped working at both locations this week. The small portable wireless keyboard & mouse (Logitech) works fine. The keyboards in both locations work fine but the
mice do not. If I go into devices it will list the laptop & wireless keyboard, but only the touchpad and not the wireless mouse.

You sent links for software but I am reluctant to download at this time. Please suggest alternate actions. Also, I am reasonably competent regarding computers but not an expert. Please keep this in mind when suggesting paths.

    Thanks.
