Windows 10: Wireless mouse recognized but not working, with an interesting twist.

I have a wireless mouse and keyboard that both connect with the same receiver. My mouse stopped working but the keyboard works just fine. Plugged it into all other USB ports, still mouse didn't work but the the keyboard worked fine. I have a another keyboard mouse duo, same problem, keyboard works mouse doesn't. I also plugged in 2 other mice but they didn't work either. Any solutions?

Windows 10 Out stopped recognizing my wireless mouse

Hi,

Not recognized wireless mouse could be due to:

• Outdated Mouse driver.
• Faulty or loose wireless mouse USB receiver.

We would like to know some information:

• Have you tried using your wireless mouse on other computer and check if it works?
• Have you tried using other wireless mouse?
• Have you tried updating your mouse drivers?

• Type troubleshoot in the search box and press Enter.
• Select Hardware and Devices, then click
  Run the troubleshooter.

Microsoft wireless mouse/keyboard not recognized.

I bought a wireless mouse and keyboard package. Its the Microsoft wireless mouse 500 and the wireless comfort keyboard 5050. It worked great for a while, but I got a Windows 10 update, and all of a sudden when I plug in the usb, I get an error saying
it has malfunctioned or Windows doesn't recognize it. I tried reinstalling the 'Microsoft Mouse and keyboard Center', but that didn't help. Any suggestions?
