Windows 10: Wireless Networking issues with ASUS Win 11 Laptop

Laptop - ASUS X515UAHaving networking issues with my daughter's laptop she uses for school, the internal wireless network adapter seems to have very low signal strength. While sitting in the same room as the router it works as intended, but if she uses it in her room the signal drops off and the speed falls to less than 10% of what it should be. The room has good signal, phones, tablets, and a smart TV all work fine with good connection.I have installed BIOS updates from ASUS, downloaded and reinstalled drivers, and reset the network using the windows utility. Thanks for trying the steps again. It's now clear that the problem is on your router. To reconnect your laptop to the network, we suggest that you set or specify the channel of your wireless network. If you can access your router's user interface, set the
channel to either channel 1, 6, or 11. Once done, remove your WiFi network from your preferred network list, then reconnect.

Wireless network issue

Right click start button(far left in task bar), go to Device manager, expand Network Adapters, right click Wi-Fi select Properties and find the version of your driver in Drivers tab.
