Windows 10: Wireless USB LAN Card keeps disabling itself randomly

HiI've been using my Network Card for the past few years and it's been working fine, but it has recently started to randomly disable itself when I am using it. I had to create a new Windows installation for my device, and it wasn't a problem when I did the initial setup process for Windows. This started to happen a couple of days after I had gotten everything sorted. Windows still detects the card in the device manager, but refuses to enable it, so I have to manually remove and insert the card for it to work. My device has no on-board network support, so I have to use this adapter for networki

wireless LAN card keeps resetting to higher priority, even after disabling. Need to disable. I want to use wireless USB adapter instead.

I have a HP Pavilion P6000 series PC, equipped with quad-core AMD Phenom, 8 GB DDR3 memory. My wireless router is Netgear N 450 WiFi .

I am trying to use a wireless USB adapter WNA 3100 N300, because the wireless LAN Card 802.11 b/g/n (built into the MB) seems to function but only receives a very week signal.

Using the USB adapter was not a problem for a long time. Then I hooked up the Ethernet cable, which failed to give me internet. Apparently it changed something in the system.

Now no matter how I've tried to disable the built-in LAN Card and prioritize the USB Adapter the fix is temporary. Sometimes it is almost immediately and sometimes it lasts for a week or two; but always, even if uninstalled with the drivers removed, the
LAN Card is re-installed and given priority and the USB Adapter is uninstalled and no longer present in Device Manager.

Does the condition I describe with the built in LAN Card sound like something simple, so maybe I should do what is necessary to make it functional? Or can I disable whatever is resetting it and prioritize my USB Adapter for my wireless internet? As it is,
even before the auto reset happens, I have been unable to move the USB Adapter from WiFi 2 and make it run on the primary WiFi.

not showing wireless lan card

my hp desktop has stopped showing the ralink 802.11 lan card in the device manager. I tried installing a linksys wireless-ac usb adapter but it won`t install properly

 

Wired LAN connection and USB wireless connection?

Would connecting my desktop using the usual 10/100 LAN cable and a USB wireless N adapter yield better internet speeds?
