Windows 10: Wireless wifi not working and blue screen of death whenever I turn off Windows 10 PC

So basically my PC wireless wifi drivers are nonexistent even though they were there before, and now I cant connect to wifi. I downloaded a software that was supposed to boost your pc but instead it messed it up.Also whenever I restart or turn off my computer, the blue screen of death shows up and says "attempted switch from DPC"I've tried many things but nothing seems to work, I've even factory reset my PC.
