    Wireless woes...

Just did Disk Cleanup, something I do every now and then. Nothing out of the ordinary. Restarted. All of the sudden my wireless doesn't work. Tried a few online suggestions, including updating, enable, reenable, delete and restart, reinstall, reconfigure, drivers...still got notta. Apparently, for whatever reason, my adapter is disconnected. Thoughts? Thanks!System hardware specs: Dell Optiplex 790, Intel Core i5-2400 3.10GHz, 4 GB RAM, 64-bit Windows 7 Network adapters: DW1520 Wireless-N WLAN Half-Mini Card, Intel 82579LM Gigabit Network Connection

Yeah, thats not a solution she is interested in......I've suggested that course of action. Thanks though.

Just to clarify, I feel that there MUST be a step, or series of steps to turn off JUST the wireless notification sound. Thats what Im driving @ here.

Change Wireless Network Connection Priority Order in Windows 10

    Hello Denis, Wireless woes... :)

The command in step 2 of Option Two should show your wireless networks listed in priority order. Top of the list is higher.

    Logitech Wireless Mouse

    Hi Ken,

Not working wireless mouse could be due to the following:

    • Outdated device driver
    • No device driver installed
    • Faulty wireless mouse receiver

We would like to know some information to better isolate the issue:

    • Have you done any changes (like updating your Windows) on your computer prior to the issue?
    • Have you tried using using your wireless mouse on other computer and checked if the issue persists?
    • Have you tried updating your wireless mouse driver?

For initial troubleshooting steps, we suggest that you follow the steps below on how to run Windows troubleshooter:

    • Type troubleshoot in the search box and press Enter.
    • Select Hardware and Devices, then click
      Run the troubleshooter
      .

If the troubleshooter didn't work, you can check this
    article
about updating your wireless mouse driver.

Let us know if you need further assistance.
