Windows 10: Wireless woes...

Just did Disk Cleanup, something I do every now and then. Nothing out of the ordinary. Restarted. All of the sudden my wireless doesn't work. Tried a few online suggestions, including updating, enable, reenable, delete and restart, reinstall, reconfigure, drivers...still got notta. Apparently, for whatever reason, my adapter is disconnected. Thoughts? Yeah, thats not a solution she is interested in......I've suggested that course of action. Thanks though.

Just to clarify, I feel that there MUST be a step, or series of steps to turn off JUST the wireless notification sound. Thats what Im driving @ here.

 

Change Wireless Network Connection Priority Order in Windows 10

The command in step 2 of Option Two should show your wireless networks listed in priority order. Top of the list is higher.

• Outdated device driver
• No device driver installed
• Faulty wireless mouse receiver

• Have you tried using using your wireless mouse on other computer and checked if the issue persists?
• Have you tried updating your wireless mouse driver?
