    Wish "New Text Document" in UTF-8 with BOM format


    I work with UTF-8 text files a lot in my professional life.When we create a new text file using Explorer's context menu "New -> Text Document", the text file is actually an empty file 0 byte. Every time I have to do a "Save as..." and choose UTF8 with BOM option.I would be nice if there is a way to change this, at least in my computers. That means when a new text file is created, it already has the UTF-8 BOM.Thanks in advance.
