With starting it frequently starts with more blinking, although occasionally starts up in a normal mode. Attempts to screen etc were all normal. It would not, however, upload and run. Devices and drivers were normal.

Ok, let the powershell command run overnight
If the command didn't solve the problem, the try these steps in order:

1. Disable superfetch service
   • Empty the following folder c:\Windows\Prefetch\
   • Restart the computer
   • Si ça ne marche pas, passer à l'étape 2;
2. Disable the AppXSvc from the registry: change the "Start" key value from 3 to 4 (see the screenshot)

1. Compaq CQ2024PC

3. No error message or code on screen.

4. As soon as the update was finished.

5. No changes were made prior to issues.

I also can not use the methods listed (Run the SDC or update the drivers) due to the blinking. As soon as I attempt to access any portion of the screen, start menu, program listing or files on the computer the system starts going into the endless loop and
the screen continues to blink.
