With recent Windows update all Microsoft applications are non functioning.

And by non-functioning, it appears as though they were never installed after the update. Including the Windows Store.

Additionally, something I'd noticed just while posting these, but all of the files are defaulting to my user account with TEMP. before the name (e.g., C:\Users\TEMP.Blahblah). I'm assuming that a lot of the issues that I'm having has to do with that, but I don't know what to do to fix that outside of redoing this user profile, which is something that I'd very much rather avoid as this is my father's computer and he's not going to have any clue as to what to do with the changes.

If there's a fix for this, someone please let me know.

EDIT: I'll add but yes, every application that is published by Microsoft Corporation here that would show up as a default tile in Windows 10 is non-functioning, and shows up exactly as the above.

    :)

or just open regedit and remove all the fileX from that key.

Microsoft signals end of Paint program

Microsoft has confirmed that it will continue to offer its graphics program Paint.

In a recent update, it had listed Paint as a feature that would be either removed or no longer developed.

Paint, renowned for its simplicity, has been part of the Windows operating system since its launch in 1985.

Microsoft suggested it would not remain on Windows 10 by default but did say it would be available for free on the Windows Store.
