  2. Getting RTP(UDP) port error when using softphone calling.

    One of our customer they have installed our application in citrix xendesktop setup(OS-windows server 2016) and they are getting RTP port busy error when softphone calling. we have tried to configure 3rd party softphone. But the same issue. As per our analysis it seems the OS issue.

    Issue details-

    APP requests a UDP socket with a local port of XX

    Windows says okay and gives the UDP socket but with port XY

    APP now sends an INVITE with SDP containing XX as a destination port for RTP

    It receives an OK with SDP where the port for media on the other participant is YY

    So now a call is established

    APP sends media from port XY to YY

    so other participant is able to hear, the other end sends on xx

    but other participant sends RTP from YY to XX which goes nowhere

    ---------------

    So can you please help us, how and what configuration will do, so that we can resolve this issue.

    Citrix version - 7.18 OS- windows server 2016 client os- win10

    Unable to receive traffic to UDP port 4500

    How can we prevent Windows from interacting with packets received on UDP port 4500?

    Tested on other UDP ports, all can correctly receive data, while using UDP port 4500, no data can be received.

    Have already tried

    1. Stopping IKE and AuthIP IPsec Keying Modules.

    2. Stopping IPsec Policy Agent.

    3. Stopping all firewalls

    But all failed to u receive data although it can bind to port 4500

    Seems that windows some how drop packets received from UDP port 4500

    How can we solve this issue

    my frind 10.69.1.1

    i receve sip invate

    v=0

    o=Nokia-SIPUA 9 3 IN IP4 82.150.184.16

    s=CounterPath X-Lite 3.0

    c=IN IP4 82.150.184.16

    t=0 0

    m=audio 30494 RTP/AVP 0 101

    c=IN IP4 82.150.165.7

    a=sendrecv

    a=ptime:20

    a=maxptime:200

    a=fmtp:101 0-15

    a=rtpmap:0 PCMU/8000/1

    a=rtpmap:101 telephone-event/8000/1

    a=x-sipx-ntap:X82.150.165.7-82.150.165.7;4

    and my friend receve 200OK

    v=0

    o=Nokia-SIPUA 9 3 IN IP4 82.150.184.16

    s=CounterPath X-Lite 3.0

    c=IN IP4 82.150.184.16

    t=0 0

    m=audio 30494 RTP/AVP 0 101

    c=IN IP4 82.150.165.7

    a=sendrecv

    a=ptime:20

    a=maxptime:200

    a=fmtp:101 0-15

    a=rtpmap:0 PCMU/8000/1

    a=rtpmap:101 telephone-event/8000/1

    a=x-sipx-ntap:X82.150.165.7-82.150.165.7;4

    in both packets is specified

    m=audio 30494 RTP/AVP 0 101

    c=IN IP4 82.150.165.7

    but nokia e51 send rtp stream directly to 10.69.1.1

    is posible change behevior of sip client or is it bug?

    thank you
