Windows 10: Within Windows 10 Update & Security setting, only the update portion works, everything else...

Update & Security - Windows 10Update works, but nothing else within the "Security" section does.Search comes up with a box, but doesn't accept any input.I have a feeling that an Update might be the issue OR an Update didn't finish correctly, all this just a guess.Is there anything on this planet that can look at the Windows 10 OS on my PC and determine what the problems could be and how to fix?

Well just noticed a pretty large one pop up coming in at 914MB, seems it makes some pretty serous updates.

Windows 7 Ultimate (64) Security updates not installing.

I have been having problems in installing the updates that I have listed below. For each update I attempted to install them individually but they would not install. I also downloaded the SURT 6.1 KB947821 v27. The problem has been going on now for about 2 months. (whenever the issue with the updates comes to mind I am never near my pc). Thank you in advance.

Creative X-Fi Soundcards and Windows 10 Fall Creators Update 1709 = Complete Disaster / Not Working

Thank you for trying to help , i did tried your suggestion but it did not work :/ , nothing seems to make it work on Windows 10 Fall Creators Update 1709. In the meantime i have bought a new SoundBlasterX AE-5 and it did installed flawlessly , no problems whatsoever. it is up to Creative ( drivers ) and Microsoft ( bug fix ) to fix this huge bugs with Audio.
