Windows 10: wlidsvc Access is denied

Microsoft Account Sign-in Assistant wlidsvc would not start, causing chaos on all Microsoft services/apps including edge, Mail etc.
I've tried SFC /scannow, DISM Repair, none of them repaired it.
Is there anything I can do without reinstalling Windows? Thanks

First of all thanks for reading this post.

I am not able to sign in to any application on my windows 10 enterprise edition since a month.

I learned on net that Microsoft Account Sign-in Assistant is necessary to sign in to any app with microsoft.

So, i checked services.msc and i saw Microsoft Account Sign-in Assistant(wlidsvc) is stopped.

So i tried to switch it on but i get an error:

unable to start wlidsvc service. Error : Access denied error code 0x80070005.

After following the steps suggested, I get the message "Access denied" in command prompt.

Please advise how to allow permission.

I am getting an error while running :

Net start wlidsvc.

This issue is persisting for a month but I couldn't do anything.

I am getting the following error:

The Microsoft Account Sign-in Assistant service is starting.

The Microsoft Account Sign-in Assistant service could not be started.

A system error has occurred.

System error 5 has occurred.

Access is denied.

I have run this in cmd and PowerShell with admin privileges but nothing help. Any help would be appreciated.
