Windows 10: WMI connections between different Windows Server versions

I'm having problems when connecting to 2 new Windows Server 2019 servers when attempting to connect to them from an older server OS e.g. Windows Server 2012.At the moment, using the WMI test tool wbemtest, I can only connect to these new servers from Windows Server 2022.I am using the Administrator account and I have checked the WMI and DCOM config and everything looks fine. I just can't figure out why it's only allowing connections from 'newer' server versions.Error when connecting from an older OS:

How to resolve the 'MOF compiler could not connect with the WMI server ' when installing SQL SERVER 2014 ?

2 weeks back i used both sql server 2014 & visual studio 2015 in my laptop ,due to some problems i was uninstalled visual studio 2015 .After uninstalling visual studio sql server management studio(SSMS)tool was not opened , so i was uninstalled sql server
also .Now everytime When i want install sql server 2014 , it showed an error message box





i was tried many times and many ways eventhough it showed same error message , it also showed some additional error messages
